Hello Open Space Community!

I wanted to send a reminder email to all of our international friends 
who are planning to attend the World Open Space on Open Space this July 
regarding obtaining visas.

We have heard from many of you regarding a visa invitation letter---and 
many of you have had success. Yahoo!  If you are planning to attend the 
World Open Space on Open Space in July in San Francisco, the deadline 
for contacting us to write you a visa invitation letter is _*June 15th. *_

Should you need us to write you a visa invitation letter please contact 
us before _*June 15th.*_  We cannot accept requests after this deadline. 
Thank you for your cooperation and we hope to hear from those of you who 
still need visa invitation letters.

Full contact information for the US embassy in your country (official name, postal address, telephone number(s), fax number with country code)
 
Please include with that information:
 
A paragraph about your experience in Open Space and facilitation, why you wish to come, and how you will use the experience you gain at this conference. (We think that information will help your interview and we shall include it in the invitation letter)
