help 50 000 baloons and OS Turkey

Hi dear list
Someone mailed a warning against letting loose baloons in the air. I´d like to have contact since the city of Stockholm is planning to celebrate our national day on June 6 with the release of 50 000 baloons on the water front! I need facts to start a protest list!

Another question. Who is working with Open Space in Turkey? A contact of mine, a man in a union organization works with likewise in Turkey. He might need some help and also in thinking around leadership education. Someone out there?
