Practical Question

A practical question too:

 

I will be running an OST taster on Thursday for a group of about 30 - 40
people.  

 

We have three hours in total.  For various reasons, I need to leave 45
minutes for the intro, and 45 minute for the closing circle.  This leaves me
1.5 hours for the small groups.  So my options are:

 

A.  3 sessions of 30 minutes each

B.  2 sessions of 45 minutes each

 

Option B would allow longer conversation, but Option A might give a greater
buzz.

 

All thoughts and advice welcome!
