1. action oriented enquiry (sounds like it might be related to the work
of Fran Peavey, http://www.crabgrass.org/ )

2. use of imagery to surface unvoiced or unarticulated agendas

Oh, and to bring the query full circle, how do you fund this community
work? <grin>
