Peacemaker Alaska and Julie Smith

Hi--

Does anyone know where to find the Book of Proceedings or other report
on the Peacemaker event in Fairbanks, Alaska, which Julie Smith was
involved in? It has something to do with youth being the main
participants, I think. The link to the report on the OSW.org site does
not lead to this report.
