Micro-rules / Principles and Law

I believe there is something quite powerful about giving people permission to
do what they want to do anyway. They might use the Law of Two Feet/Personal
Mobility to leave a session where they're not engaged, but they feel guilty
about it, and the guilt gets in the way of their making good use of their time.
Letting them know that's what they're SUPPOSED to do opens space within the
participants, as well as within the group.
