Dear colleagues,

I am posting this message on behalf of spaceholder Gabdulla Hamitov of Ufa,
Bashkortostan. Some of you who were at the WOSonOS in Moscow might remember
him. He came to OST in spring last year and has been very active in using
OST with small and medium-size business and youth organizations in Russia.

Gabdulla Hamitov will be leading a group of Russian businessmen on a trip to
China and Tibet. He will be conducting a 12-14 hour workshop with them as
part of this journey on "Stress management: working with body, emotions, and
energy." He is very eager to make OST as much as part of the program as
possible.

At this point, there is already an official workshop announcement. The goals
include:

- learn how to diagnose emergent stressful situations
- manage long-term, short-term, and emergent stressful situations
- Resist stress by anticipating it and avoiding it
- practice exercises that help break out of stress

If you should have any ideas, about how he might integrate OST and
os-principles into his workshop, he'd really appreciate it. I have suggested
that, at a minimum, he could run a 4 hour OST at the end of the workshop to
reflect and structure the learnings.

Please write to the list and you can write him directly at hamitov at bk.ru Of
course, for now, he does not yet remember that he knows English.

Best,
Raffi
