hi all, i need some help answering a question about research.  i've posted
it to the weblog.  comes from tuscon arizona, leadership in science
institute ceo.  please come over and comment on his question if you can help
with this, or if you have thoughts about what research might be done, or
what we know about how hard it is to document the effects of os in formal
research studies.  he's asking specifically about outcomes in community
settings.  please help!  thanks, michael
