 Dear Thomas,

 I think 2,5 days OST meeting is a good idea.

 What came to my mind, as you say :

 "One good thing is that all seem to agree on that the close cooperation is
 vital to their clients."

 It would be good idea to include some clients to the meeting. So they
 would see more clearly that they need to cooperate in a way needed by the
 client.

 Let us know what happens
