thank you, everyone, for your inspiring stories! makes me think that OS ought to be taught to
pre-service school teachers - perhaps once all-children-left-behind is behind us

Friday afternoon, I take off to meet my good friend and colleague =
Michael
Pannwitz, along with the "Berlin Crew" for a little Open Space in =
Seville.
If everything happens according to the plan (and of course it won't) =
there
should be 100 Rabbis and Imams from around the world waiting for us. I =
don't
have a full guest list, but from the little I know it should be a =
stellar
caste, including the Chief Rabbi from Jerusalem and the Grand Mufti from
Istanbul. Two days of Open Space will provide the participants the =
chance to
raise any issue or opportunity they find for which they find passion
concerning Peace and their role in enabling it. Given the state of the
world, there should be a lot to talk about. In addition to the 100 =
Rabbis
and Imams there are also supposed to be about 150 "Experts and =
Students." I
don't have a clue who they are, but doubtless they will have issues and
opportunities of their own.=20

On the one hand this will just be two more days in Open Space. On the =
other
hand I confess to being more than a little excited and expectant - of =
what I
really don't know. And for sure, whatever happens will be the only thing
that could have. So if you will keep Michael, the crew, and myself in =
your
thoughts for the next several days that would be nice. I can't promise =
to do
much communicating during the event, but when it's over, I will do my =
best.

In the interim, if you are curious about the whole affair, you might =
