What to do while the proceedings are being printed?

Marty -- I always find that the extra half day pays real dividends. the critical thing in myh experience is the night in between which allows for reflection/digestion before moving to action. Sort of looking before you leap. there is also the fatigue factor. Two days in Open Space may feel wonderful, but a little time for the restoration of energy can be useful before the final push.

I was about to ask a very similar to question as Greg's, so thank you Greg!
In this case, I have been asked to shorten a 2.5 day OS (with convergence
and action-planning) to a two-day OS (with convergence and action planning).
So I'm wondering what would be the best way to structure the second
afternoon in the shortened version, and whether you think it's a good idea.
The hosts would be willing to do a 2.5 day if I am clear that it would be
much better for them.
Many thanks (in advance) to all of you wise people out there.
Marty
