Action marketplace

I really like the idea of providing for an easy, low-key (non-intimidating) 
way to invite and record the smaller action steps like a further conversation 
or producing a document, as well as the major initiatives that come out of an 
OS event.   These small actions can keep the conversation alive and growing.
