evolving agendas

I was having a conversation with my friend tonight on the merits (or not) of
re-creating the agenda for each day of an open space vs. creating the whole
agenda on the first day. We were thinking that the conversations that occur
on the first day could possibly radically alter what's worth talking about
on following days. Any thoughts?
