New Listserve OST joiner

Thanks for the welcomes received so far and for your openness (have to
say it's what I expected and I haven't been disappointed).

I'll post a message in the next few days (work commitments permitting)
to share my first experience with you.....the first go at OST was an
event for 76 middle and senior management colleagues so it was quite a
challenge!

I'd also like to thank Romy Shovleton as part of my opening post: she
delivered an OST "taster" event on a training course I attended last
year and this was the inspiration for me taking to OST like a duck to
water.
