Eva -- maybe I didn't understand you -- but splitting up an OS is a sure way
to kill spirit and momentum. And if the time is short, the danger is even
greater. Maybe you have some killer logistical problems -- but I would work
on them very hard. You could end up with a taste of OS that didn't taste so
good.

I think the big amoung of participants (for the moment >200..!)is a
result more of the theme than the form (OST) so to speak. The theme
is roughly translated "To create involvements and commitment". >I
will put a translated copy here when I come back to my own computer
in a few days. So I am truly confident that there is a big passion
about the theme -no need to worry there i think. 
My biggest concern for the moment is about logistics. And right now
the sponsors are thinking about splitting it up to one breakfast
meeting and one lunch meeting. I'll keep you posted of whats
happening.
