Subject: Using OST in labour disputes
Hello to everyone on the OSList. I very much appreciate how generously you
all share your experiences of living and working in Open Space!
Listening to the news this morning in British Columbia, I was struck by the
stories of ongoing stalemates -- and the increasing acrimony that results --
in labour negotiations between unions and management here. It seems to me
all the conditions for good use of Open Space Technology are present, but in
the four months of my lurking on the OSList, I don't think I've heard of any
examples of Open Space used that way.
Do any of you have any examples of using OST to resolve labour disputes?
Best regards,
Beverley Neff
