"But at least we should avoid "company spam" ... if it happens - which I
don't know ... I think I would think of a "block spam" plan just in case."

Funda

I was thinking about a population of 100,000 people, most of whom know
their tribe of 5 to 500 people (some say the magic number is 128 as
reported in "The Tipping Point"), but not all the others.

Do people self-organise around? Other people? Their ideas? Their
passions? If it's around our passions - which I think is the case -
then I may not feel open to be contacted trivially by say, 10000
people. Of course, I don't think we can tell, in advance, what
contacts turn out to be trivial and which end up being worldchanging.
But at least we should avoid "company spam" ... if it happens - which I
don't know ... I think I would think of a "block spam" plan just in
case.
