Here are reflections 7, 8 & 9 relating to your question,

 << What is the depth at work here?

      7. Dialogue changes the meaning of our experiences.

      8. We do not need to have strong dialogical skills
      when we approach each other: dialogue produces
      those in us.

      9. Conversation opens a little space in which to grow.
