Deep power differentials in OST

Dear Chris et al
My experience has been similar to yours and Harrison's, whether in Hong
Kong, in Guam, In New Zealand, in Port Moresby, in Bougainville, in
Bali, in Langkawi, or with clergy or teachers or tourism operators or
parishioners or even the Australian Taxation Office.
Though there has often been serious hesitance and wariness on both sides
of the "power differential" fence, especially where unions and
management are at loggerheads, the ensuing interaction and connectivity
has always been more than OK, in the words of many participants.
I think this is perhaps one of the most significant achievements or
characteristics of OST, IMHO.
Cheers and blessings, BRIAN
