As you may know Raffi, in Pakistan some people can appoint themselves
president of the country - and this has happened more than once. With the
Pakistani tradition to guide me, a few days back I decided to award myself
the following:
CWD (Certified Wild Duck - certified by my first general manager in IBM)
SPH (Self Procliamed Heretic).
Invested with the power of the above designations, I now proclaim that
between you and me, LGIT & OST will be synonymous.

P.S. For some odd reason, my pompous language above reminded me of the
exchange between Condi Rice and President Bush, when the American viceroy
handed power to Iraqis about a year ago:
Condi's handwritten note to Bush: "Mr. President, Iraq is sovereign"
Bush's handwritten response: "Let freedom reign"
