First Open Space Stammtisch in Bratislava!

[Change Management Toolbook]

You all invited to the first Open Space Stammtisch in Bratislava/Slovakia on
September 5, 2005 at 19 hrs. (7 p.m.) in a pub in city centre (the exact
venue will be announced in August). We want to celebrate the special event,
so there will be free drinks for all!

For those who still don’t know what is a Stammtisch: This is an
untranslatable German word which describes a gathering of peers in their
favourite hang-out. It is good custom to drink beer at this occasion, but
other drinks are accepted as well. It is the classic version of a community
of practice. The movement of “Open Space Stammtisch” was initiated by
Michael M Pannwitz. On the Open Space Worldmap (
http://www.openspaceworldmap.org <http://www.openspaceworldmap.org/> )
meanwhile there are 13 Stammtische in all parts of the world.

We particularly would like to have the Hungarian Stammtisch coming over to
Bratislava – and it is a good opportunity for people from Vienna (Erich, I
hope you will be there).

The Stammtisch in Bratislava coincides with the international Open Space
Facilitation training, which takes place in Bratislava from Sep 4-7. You
will meet people from Canada, Belgium, Germany, Armenia, Turkey, Jordan,
Kyrgistan, and other countries. You are also invited to join the afternoon
session of this training course at 2 pm, which will be an “Open Space on
Open Space”.
