fruitful collective work will want to know about Open Space Technology (OST)
because it is a powerful approach for engaging people.

      OS is used around the world by thousands of organizations, including
Fortune 500 companies, governments and community associations. It enables
organizations to transform and become more interactive, inspired, healthy
and productive. It also can accelerate projects and change processes.

      You will learn to plan for a successful OS event, learn the core
principles, when to use Open Space, how to prepare sponsors, the role of the
facilitator, priority setting processes, and action planning approaches. You
will participate in an Open Space and have an opportunity to practice.

      Trainers: Larry Peterson brings 30 years of experience in facilitating
meetings and transformational change in Canada and the US.  Diane Gibeault
has worked in those same fields for as long. Their combined experience
includes 300 Open Space events ranging in scale from 6 to 800 participants.
