Thanks for your wonderful quotes.

To the idea that all is one, I have come to think in terms of differentiated
wholeness.  It is my way of recognizing that there can be usefulness in
making distinctions while remembering the essential oneness in which all
comes together.

In a way, it's just another view into why I originally fell in love with
Open Space: it seems to consistently enable both the needs of individuals
and the whole to be met -- room for distinctions while connecting to the
whole.
