Peter--

I have not incorporated guided imagery and drawing in silence with Open
Space, but have used those practices often with groups who were doing visioning and
planning work. It is my experience that this silent and nonverbal work
truly does bring a different spirit into the space, and the group work, when it
begins, moves very quickly to find the shared values and agreements in the
group.
