Theme Conversation

I'm hoping that I can tap into some of the experience held on this list.
Has anyone developed any conversation questions (or things to consider)
to help a group develop a theme for their OS event? Also, is there a
place that has sample compelling invitations to an OS that I could refer
someone too?
