Preferred dates for 14th annual OSonOS (Moscow)

Dear Raffi,
I would very much like to have OSonOS XIV to be between
July 23 and August 17, 2006,
or
starting no sooner than July 23
and 
ending no later than August 17.

Two reasons:
This might possibly be the first time I might be able to convince
Sabine (higher authority) to come along
and that can only be during summer vacations she being a teacher
and
The first Southern German Learning Exchange (can you believe it, this
small country regionalizing!) will take place
July 16 through July 21 and I would like to go there, too.
