What I have learned

I have learned to be accepting of where and how others need
to be. I have learned to balance preparation and discussion of outcomes with accepting that whatever happens arises from the wisdom of the people and their needs in the opened space.

I know that I am but an instrument for peace but at the same time I am a particular instrument chosen for a reason, not perfect but offering value nonetheless.

Regards
Esther

I dont know of anything written on the subject, but I have used visualization (guided imagery) on a number of occasions with good results. The imagery is a simple three part effort Find a safe place, Cross a boundary, Go to the outer reaches (stars, cosmos etc you make up the details). I even a did a CD of it with Michael Jones, a Canadian pianist. NARADA put it out, but I dont know if it is still available. Called it Growing Our Now. I used it most often as an optional early morning thing when doing OS training.

Dear All,

I was wondering whether you have any good ( or otherwise :) ) references for work investigating:

1. The value of using visualisation techniques in group facilitation?

2. The effects of using visualisation on brainstorming processes within group facilitation?

3. Visualisation techniques for group facilitation?

I'm aware of 'Graphic Facilitation' but in general would like to follow this thread...

I would really appreciate any input / comments you can provide.

Kind regards,

Andrew
