Dear Funda
I have also worked with kids in OS. I agree it works faboulusly. The only
problem I have experienced is that adults such as teachers may have a
problem with stayin away and not helping them. Ones a teacher brought papers
to all his/her pupils in the when it was time to raise issues. I also heard
teachers try to help the kids but they usually said, no problem I find my
way on my own. This was a conference where pupils and employed at different
schools worked to find ways to improve conditions at the schools.

Yes, one problem with kids was that one drank too much soda and biscuits.
Had a bad stomach and had to go home after lunch. Next time I will make sure
that more healthy things are served!
Kind regards
Thomas in Sweden
