Metanoia - greek word for "profound shift of mind".
Used by Paul to refer to his own shift of mind
(conversion). Used by Alberoni to refer to social
metanoias or "mouvements" like in the Enlightment
period. I have tried to aplly that to organizations
without much sucess until now... There are some post
about that in the archives.
