I am currently writing a book with a colleague about the relationship between
the internal training /consulting manager and an external consultant.  One of
the guiding principles we've identified of successful such relationships is
generosity of spirit.  One of the things I've loved on list serves is the
gnererosity of spirit in sharing words and stories with no desire to get paid for
the words or get credit for sourcing.  I thank all who give here with their
genrerosity of spirit.  Fortunately there are many other forums such as
publishing houses and professional journals who go to great lenghts to protect their
writers and insure they get paid fo rwhat they write.   I'm delighted that the
archives are now searchable.
