Inspiriting systems

Many years ago a spiritual teacher told me that

"Energy without form is chaos and
Form without energy is death."

That statement comes frequently to mind in my work as an organizational
development consultant and in my life in general.  Overall, in our culture I
believe that our organizations and our lives are out of balance, i.e., too much
structure.
