Poetry (was: any need for poetry(-contest)?

thanks florian.

for those not familiar, ralph copleman stepped to the center of the list one day and
called for poetry inspired by open space, in a very particular form.

every six months since then, a new oslist poet laureate is chosen when their
poem is voted as the fan favorite for that round.

i am thinking of the butterfly in open space as a theme for this round. i would not be sad if bumblebees
show up, or even if neither makes it into a poem, especially if you wrote it already.

i invite each of you to post your poem to the list. any language (let's translate them to
english also) and any poetic form. deadline august 31 at midnight california time.
