Space is always open.... (was: OSLIST Digest - 18 Jul 2004 to 19 Jul 2004 (#2004-195)

Hi all!

This seems to lead us back to a deep philsophical question: Does anything
exist, if there is not somebody to notice (or more classical: does a falling
tree sound, if nobody hears?).

In my opinion it does not make too much difference whether the space is
always there or not:

Maybe we "facilitate an opportunity for others to see and experience that
the space
is (always) open,"
maybe we create the space and bring it to life together by being conscious
it could be there, if we only want it.

However: If we can experience the difference before and behind, then open
space is (open and) at work.

At what point is the space opened? Hmm..

Perhaps space is always open and what we do is...

facilitate an opportunity for others to see and experience that the space
is always open. focus people. for a time.
