. . . open for business . . .

Greetings from wintery Australia,

After some almost 12 months 'lurking on the list' and learning a huge
amount, it is time for me to pop my head up and join the community more
formally.

I have been in consulting for over twenty years and attended The
Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership Summer Program in June last
year where I learnt all about strategic conversations in the guise of
Open Space from Toke Moller and Marianne Knuth.

To these two people I owe a debt of gratitude which I hope that I can,
one day, repay.

Having run some two dozen Open Spaces mainly in the corporate sector
since, I have decided to set up a company to pursue my fascination for
Open Space and related disciplines. My guidance has been to start from
a simple base and only add those things that add value and I hope that
that sentiment is reflected in my Website.

I plan to be at Goa later this year and with luck will catch up with
some of you.

Warmest regards,

Aart Groothuis
