Dear listers,
I have been silent for a while on the list (working too hard I
guess...), did not manage to prorerly keep up the reading and writing
on the list yet happy, always happy, to see your names that I know and
your names that are new to me. What drawes me out today is a lady that
refered to me in the following letter. Is there anyone in the Baltimore
area that may be interested ? please write me back or, even better,
directly to Orit.
many thanks

< Dear Tova,

Thank you for your kind reply to Ran's request, and for your offer to
help.

I am an organizational consultant, about to receive my MA degree in
organizational psychology (Bar-Ilan University, Israel). For the last
five years I have been working as an organizational consultant, mainly
in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces). I have gained experience in team
development, and during the last two years I have also worked as a
training development consultant in the IDF central school of training
development.

During November 2004-January 2005 I will be joining my husband to a
three months stay in Baltimore (he is a physician in clinical
rotations). I aim to find an appropriate setting in which I can learn or
enhance my professional skills, during my stay in Baltimore. I was
hoping I could find an academic department or a professional
organization where I can audit courses or seminars while participating
and helping in any way I can (research etc.).

My main fields of interest include team building, executive coaching and
training development. If you know anyone in Baltimore who may be
interested in having me during the upcoming months, I will be most
grateful.

Much Obliged,
Orit Zommer-Balicer
