invitation letter

Dear friends,

does anybody of you have a nice sample of an invitation letter for an open
space meeting in English language? Next month I will facilitate a number of
open space meetings in Ukraine and the sponsor would like to take a look on
an invitation letter before. It turns out that all the sample I have a
written in German language.
