Health Industry OSs

Hi Joe,

I have used OS in an acute health setting and with disabilities services in
Melbourne.  However I have not used OS across an entire industry.

If you think I may be of assistance then it might be more efficient to call
me rather than exchange e-mails as I am returning to Ireland this Wednesday
and I will be away for two weeks.
