OS and ethics

Lisa--

Thanks for your thought-producing examples.   Reminds me of the experience of
a friend, who was pondering the ethics of a project he had been asked to take
on.   From some earlier experiences, he was acquainted with the Dalai Lama,
so he asked him about his dilemma.

I really liked the answer:   "If you are offered an opportunity to bring more
love into an organization where there is far too little, you may have an
obligation to do so."   He and his wife took the job, and were able to raise the
spirit of the group they worked with, and to help create a remarkably effective
and supportive team which enabled every member to succeed.
