OS Facilitator's uniform?

[Harrison Owen]

The Hat is Aussie. A Snowy River Akubra. bought my first one in Alice
Springs 10 years ago. Second iteration came in 2000. And if you never seen
one -- check out Crocodile Dundee. It's The Hat!
