You asked for examples of invitations - in addition to the ones Michael
has shared, here are some more.

For you and others who may find further resources useful after your
reading of the User's Guide, I have been gathering (and am continuing in
this project) materials and putting together papers to help learners,
facilitators and enthusiasts of Open Space and posting such items on my
website.
