Now there is a misleading title if I ever saw one. But at least one mystery
has been solved. David has been hiding out in the Digest, which is why we
haven't seen him recently. Welcome back David! And thanks for your most
generous offer. It really is fun to see how all this is growing. Now the
question is -- will it work???
