Sorry, I know very little about the IV World Social
Forum :-(

But maybe you can find interesting some information
about the previous ones that were held in Porto
Alegre, Brasil. Information in English can be found

There was a weekly newsletter called "Other Words"
(and a Portuguese version "Outras palavras") that I
don't know if still exists, because I unsubscribed
some time ago to reduce my dispersion with email
lists...

Anyhow, I think that Open Space is a correct
expression for what happens in the WSF's, but I never
noticed that they have used OST explicitly. Anyhow the
text that you sent has clearly an OST flavour...
