Hi, Marks,
Nice to hear from you. Hope you counted me among those 120 contributers. It
was great to meet you at Whidbey Isl. And hope to visit Nova Scotia just
before the conference you mentioned. Spring in Novosibirsk just started-
still melting snow. sometimes even snowfalls. But greengrass already
appeared  in some places.
All the best,

Marina Tyasto,

Subject: YET ANOTHER VISIONARY CONFERENCE (happening!!)

Greetings all;

The lurking/sharing yo yo is a wonderful feature of this List Serve- and I
enjoy both. Thanks to so many for the open contributions and the many tips
for daily life and work.

I've been counting those that have contributed since the turn of the year &
I get 120 folks- and from over 30 countries. This is the kind of
globalization that we all benefit from.

In January, many of you gave me advice on doing an Open Space for a small,
intimate community that I was part of. It went well and we created a
covenant of who we are, which speaks loudly to us. However, I must admit
that those of you who "warned" me against doing it myself as a community
member spoke a lot of truth. It all worked OK, and we are expected to take
turns facilitating and providing inspiration- but I must say that it was, in
my assessment, my least successful OS facilitation.

Now I have been invited to facilitate for an exciting event in the field of
"education as transformation". It is another example of healthy
globalization. Those of you who are interested in this vital dimension of
education might want to check out its web page found on the attached
document. Also, they have made this event extremely accessible financially-
$480 for the week for everything (except travel- and for that there could be
help). I would appreciate your comments on the event and how I could best
introduce Open Space into the mix. But ALSO, IF YOU NOW ANY FOLK WHO MIGHT
BE INTERESTED IN BEING THERE FOR THIS WEEKLONG EVENT- and especially some in
the 15-26 year old range- please pass on this one pager.

Spring is bursting in the Pacific North West of North America. I had a
chance to take in the Art of Hosting Event on Whitby Island in February. It
was wonderful - highly recommend it.

Cheers & blessings;

Marks
