might not need to be such a finished and edited thing.  i was thinking
it would also spring from some excerpt from the book... and then take
off in some totally new, application, real story version... and each one
would only need to be something like 3-5 minutes... so they're all
short.  the shorter and simpler, the easier it is for more folks to
contribute.  the common thread... that they all spring from this
particular book/story of peace.  so it sounds more like the first five
minutes of a bunch of sessions that might be convened at a practice of
peace open space event and less like folks reading a finished book.
