To Kim Willing and all,

I've just read your note about how you will do the convergence for your OS
event in Hobart next week.

I'd simply like to say that I've employed the very technique you describe
dozens of times, and it has always worked well.  Especially if the action
planning period is brief (no more than 45 minutes would be my
recommendation) and you suggest to people that they concentrate on naming
first steps.
