I can see that you would have time to think about what to say next!  I worked
once with simultaneous translators--that is quite crazy and fun, as they
translate a sentence while you are still speaking it.    I also learned to wear
only one earphone, because if a participant asked a question in English, I would
get it in the earphones in Spanish!

I really liked your report of the good work you are doing, and especially
that you were able to keep calm in the midst of chaos, and allow the group to
self-organize--not always easy to do.
