G'day Joelle and All

The technology associated with the great PoP gathering last week provided a
remarkable opportunity to connect virtually with what was going on there and
with friends.

This happened for me, from way Downunder, through noticing the posting on
'The Practice of Peace in our daily life' which was convened by Henri
Lipmanowicz. He and I had lively connecting at the OSonOS OZ near Melbourne
last year.

Henri's item prompted me to post a response, essentially to continue our
conversation on 'How to incorporate informality into the everyday life of
organizations?'

In this I outlined the very substantial cultural shift to 'All voices being
heard' now under way in a large aged care facility in Adelaide. A
transformation which has reportedly emerged from the implementation of
practices firmly grounded in OST.

My posting triggered an early morning one from Arun Wakhlu and, in turn,
others from Henri and me.

All of this is to say that anyone who wishes to learn of my work on 'OST: re
elder care' can see a more extensive piece - while still relatively brief -
than would be possible in a posting here.

All you need to do is to go into http://practiceofpeace.com/pub_home.html

Click on 'Enter participant website' and then 'Nov 9-12 Session Notes'.

You will find the 'Practice of Peace in our daily life' among these. *

You would be welcome to record your comments, observations and reflections
there. (You may have to click on as a public user to do this).

You are also very welcome to contact me about particular questions.

Your input could influence the way in which the story emerges of 'Vibes' as
an integral ingredient of elder care and beyond!

* If you have difficulty accessing this please let me know and I will send a
copy to you.

With love

Alan
