It's amazing and wonderful that you are there and opening space for these
women.  Good for you.

Ask them what they need or want to prepare themselves for an opportunity to
consider their future and how they might support each other.  I have a hunch
it won't take much at all.  Open space is so simple.  What, after all, does
a person need to do to spend a day with nothing to do but think and talk
about something of interest?  Less may be more now.

When I find that I want to prepare people for open space, I am being very
sympathetic but not necessarily useful.
