Dear Bernd,
have a look at some of the websites of the german colleagues and you
will find plenty of references, so much for that cultural difference.
I just have a list of all 100 or so events where I facilitated,
presumably all of them were excited but who knows (see open space,
Liste der Veranstaltungen).
The old-paradigm question you suggest a German might ask is more on
target, I think.
