Do we have an old tradition to find the next OSonOS host?

Dear Harrison

Thanks for explaining the tradition around the invitation process for
future OSonOSes.  We do realise there is a lot of work involved,
which is why Open Futures was "loosely" thinking about an invitation
for 2005.  We will ponder your words and respond, hopefully, at
Svenmark.  As the OS Community is pretty thin up north, we would be
the "producers."
